Inevitably, David's hand will find its way to his neck, settling at his collarbone for support as his fingers graze the unblemished skin. More often than not, he'll find a mirror, just to make sure there's nothing there, yet the feeling remains that something should be.

Something's crack-a-lackin'... but he just doesn't know what.
